The cost of training is only $10 per person for the entire 11 module course.
Many agencies will pay for you to take the course if you are considering volunteering for their hospice. The options currently available for funding the course are:
Pay for the course yourself and take your receipt to the hospice where you plan to volunteer and see if they will reimburse the cost.
See if the agency where you would like to volunteer already has a service agreement with Hospice Volunteer Training Online. If they don't have one, the agency can log in to this site and obtain the agreement on the "Contact Us" page.
