Agencies are given an exclusive website for their hospice volunteers at no charge. It can be made to resemble the agency's own site with as little or as much information as required.
The courses contain 11 modules (as described here) with 20 questions and 3 essay questions for the final grade. Each volunteer will receive a certificate of completion after the final essays are submitted and graded.
There is no charge for the individualized website. The agency only pays for volunteers they authroize to take the course.
