How your agency benefits
Training volunteers online eliminates the initial orientation that uses valuable staff time and salaries.
The volunteers who will have direct patient contact will receive in depth training from your staff so why
not use this easily accessible training tool to recruit and capture volunteers as soon as they inquire
about possibilities to serve.
The training package gives as much to the agency as it does to the volunteer trainee.
The purpose of providing this content at such a low price is to encourage the awareness of
hospice at a rate that is affordable for individuals but also cost effective for the agency
that pays for their volunteers' training.
Included in the hospice agency package:
* A free personalized training site which includes your company logo, link to your home page, and volunteer contact information.
* 11 Module Course - Meets Medicare Conditions of Participation
* Editing - Use default questions, or let us customize with your true/false, multiple choice, or essay questions
* Add additional training courses - No set up fee
* Certificate of Completion for volunteer trainee and ability for hospice volunteer coordinator to view and print
* Hospice Agency Control - Monitor training progress and approve, add or delete users
* Free personalized forum and blog
* Free calendar of events
* Free technical support

If a volunteer trains this month and you add several of your own courses to the training site, the volunteer participation in the other courses are not charged additional fees for the remainder of the year (calculated from the date of enrollment).
Your agency may use any of your own material which will only be used on your site and not shared with other sites.
